If you did any type of VBS during this summer we would like you to fill out a report. Any type of Summer Bible School will be great, even if it isn’t with Lifeway. If you had VBS in separate locations, please fill out a report for each location. Only fill out one if your Church hosted multiple events at the same location.

Please follow these TWO easy STEPS:

STEP ONE:
Thank you for taking time to report your VBS. You may submit your report using one of the following options:
1. ONLINE at sbds.lifeway.com. You will need your VBS user name and password.
2. FAX to LifeWay Christian Resources, 615.251.3937.
3. MAIL to

Nashville, TN. 37234.

STEP TWO:
Please send a copy to the HPBC with one of these following ways:
